This certificate allows to become an official manufacturer of vehicles in Russia. By obtaining a WMI, you can get VTA or VDSC. Subsequently, you can obtain an Electronic Vehicle Passport and register the manufactured vehicle for sale.

A holder of a WMI can manufacture automobiles, special-purpose vehicles, trailers, semi-trailers and other types of vehicles in Russia. This document grants the right to apply your own marking to the vehicle.
